Since buyers are mostly looking online, and most modern real estate is marketed online and through Social Media, it is so important to have good professional photos. I since I feel so strongly about that, I always pick up the tab for the photography, 3D tour and unique, single property website too!
Great technology is really great, and I have enthusiastically adopted technology in my business, where it enhances the customer experience, and makes things easier. From convenient digital signatures, through shared digital timelines that keep you updated on transaction progress and deadlines, I am always looking for ways to make the experience seamless.
