The Alchemists’ Garden is one of Paso Robles hotspots, known for their creative cocktails and tasty and interesting culinary offerings..

A comprehensive selection of beer, wine, spirits and other fermentations are on offer as well.

I personally enjoy eating tapas-style and they do have an interesting selection of smaller plates to share with friends. We particularly love the crudo, the jerk wings and the fried mozzarella with Indian marinara, but do ask about the croquette of the day, as well.

A tasty selection of salad and veggie dishes are on offer, and they have hearty, delicious entrees on the menu, if your want to make a dinner out of your visit.

Open every day at 4pm, they do not take reservations. Get there early, especially on a weekend, or there may be somewhat of a wait. Both indoor and outdoor, heated patio dining are available .
