    1. Hi Pam
There is a one pet restriction, either a small dog (not exceeding 30lbs) or a cat. There are specific breed restrictions too. Hope that helps! Reach out to me if you need any more information. I am well versed with that community 🙂

  1. Interested for future homes for sale – not ready to move just yet – looking in advance – still have 2 years to go till I retire – but wanted to get on a list of homes for sale in this area I prefer 55+ communities. is this a gated community? What other amenities do you have other than a pool?

    1. This is a gated community, but it does not have any restricted access during the day usually, although, at this time, the gate closes in the evening. Residents have access during that time. The community offers tennis, pickle ball, a clubhouse and lots of fun scheduled activities, as well as the pool and spa.

  2. I heard that there are possible rentals in this area. I will be relocating from Northern CA. Please let me know. Thank you.

      1. Good morning Dorian,
I am looking for rentals and would like to know if there are rental spaces available now and how much it is per month.
        Thank you,

        Marianella

    1. Hi Dan
There was a bit of conflicting information. but I have cofirmed with the office that both the pool and spa are open during the winter. However, the pool is not heated during that time, but the spa is. 🙂

  3. Hi Dorian-
We currently live in Mission Viejo, CA and are considering retiring next year to Paso Robles. We would like to come up and explore Quail Run’s possibilities-meet with you and find out more about the community. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    1. I do know that some of the maintenance people drive around on golf carts in the community, and I havent seen anything forbidding them for residents. I’ll try confirm for you 🙂

  4. My husband and I are considering purchasing. We have a yellow lab permanently, but have another family dog that stays occasionally, is that ok?

    1. Hi Chris

That specific circumstance would have to be taken up for review by Quail Run Management, if you find a home to purchase in the development. There are weight and specific breed restrictions.
